If you change your mind within 7 days of delivery:

• Package goods suitably and return at your cost (include returns number in the package)
• Once goods inspected and everything is in order, a full refund will be issued.

If there is a fault with the product:

• Package goods suitably and await collection ready for collection.
• We may call you to discuss the options open to you so please ensure you include an easily contactable telephone number.

This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. We can deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland and worldwide but additional carriage charge applies. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Delivery information section and also when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. DayLinks Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
